The App allows users to convert text to speech, record voice, upload audio files, transcribe audio into text, manage transcripts, and use related speech and audio tools.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on a device you own or control.

You must not use the App to process unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, confidential, or unauthorized content.

4. Recording and Consent
You are responsible for following all applicable laws regarding audio recording, voice capture, transcription, and consent.

Do not record or transcribe another person without proper permission where consent is required by law.

5. Accuracy of Results
Transcriptions, text-to-speech output, summaries, and other generated results may not always be accurate, complete, or error-free.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated text, audio, or transcript before relying on it for professional, legal, medical, financial, academic, or other important purposes.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the App Store or platform provider. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to the platform’s terms.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings.

7. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services for speech recognition, text-to-speech processing, transcription, analytics, crash reporting, subscription validation, or related functionality.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

This includes loss of data, inaccurate transcriptions, audio processing errors, service interruptions, or reliance on generated results.

12. Changes to the App or Terms
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
