Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the applications developed by Arslan Ahmed. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.


1. Use of the App

Apps those who provides AI-generated responses based on user input.


By using the App, you agree:


To use the App only for lawful purposes

Not to misuse, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service

Not to rely on responses as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)

The App is provided for informational and general use only.


2. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers the following paid options:


Weekly Subscription

Monthly Subscription

Yearly Subscription

3. Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are handled by Apple Inc. through your App Store account.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

4. Free Trial

The monthly subscription includes a 3-day free trial

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged

You can cancel anytime via your App Store account settings

5. Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:


Open Settings

Tap your Apple ID

Go to Subscriptions

No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by law or Apple policies.


However:


It does not guarantee lifetime service if the App is discontinued

Features may evolve or change over time

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and functionality of the App are the property of Arslan Ahmed.


You may not:


Copy, modify, or distribute the App

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses AI (via third-party services) to generate responses.


We do not guarantee:


Accuracy

Completeness

Reliability of responses

You use the App at your own discretion and risk.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:


The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if:


These Terms are violated

The App is discontinued

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.


Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
